February 17, 2023, Tallinn, Estonia – The team of Bamboo Apps will join MWC 2023 from February 27 to March 2, as part of the Estonian National Stand (CS110, Fira Barcelona Gran Via).
This year, Bamboo Apps will reveal the In-Vehicle Onboarding (IVO) app to event attendees for the very first time. The software gives drivers a tour of the vehicle’s features using an AR-powered mobile guide, simple text descriptions, and contextual voice tips. The software uses ML, and is designed to help OEMs, car dealerships, and car sharing services ensure driver safety and comfort after switching to a new vehicle.
The stand will allow visitors to:
- Check out the IVO app on an in-vehicle infotainment system and complete a guide of the vehicle’s basic functions;
- Try the mobile AR application – point the camera at various displays and controls to receive key information about them;
- Learn the technical aspects of how these solutions were developed;
- Learn how the apps can integrate into the digital portfolio of OEMs, car rental and car sharing companies, dealerships, etc.
